Accurately measuring 1/2 ounce with band at base. Holds 2 ounce increments on the interior and flip it over for an 1/8 ounce measurement in the foot. The BarConic Stainless Steel Julep Strainer uses a traditional julep-style strainer face with a bent handle to grip along the back of a shaking tin or mixing glass. This strainer is made of stainless steel, so it will not rust or corrode even after use with fruits or other acidic ingredients. Spoon-shaped strainer fits just inside the rim and angle it so the mixed drink flows through the holes.
